PropulAI, AI consulting, implementation and training

AI that is useful to your SME, deployed in your tools and mastered by your teams.

We help SMEs identify where AI is useful, deploy it in the tools they already use and make their teams autonomous.

Example use: a customer request, handled with an agent
  1. A request arrives in the inbox

"Could you remind me what our maintenance contract covers?"

  2. The agent searches your documents

    • Maintenance contract 2024.pdf
    • Amendment of 12 March.pdf
  3. It drafts the reply, with its sources

Hello, your contract includes two visits a year. The next one still needs to be scheduled.

  4. Someone on your team reviews and approves

    Approve and send

  5. The customer record is updated in the CRM

    Exchange logged, follow-up created.

Four ways to work with us

Take one, or run them in sequence, in the order that suits your situation.

Assessment and advice

Know where AI is useful in your company, and in what order.

  • Review of your processes and identification of use cases
  • Prioritisation by business value and feasibility
  • Choice of tools and roadmap
  • Scoping of data, access rights and organisation

Quoted after a first conversation

AI systems and agents

We build, you use.

  • Assistants connected to your documents and company knowledge
  • Agents and automations fitted to your processes
  • Connections with your CRM, email, collaboration tools and business software
  • Prototype, tests, then go-live

Quoted after the assessment

Infrastructure and support

What is in place keeps working.

  • Configuration of environments, roles and permissions
  • Monitoring of quality, usage and costs
  • Maintenance, agent updates and assistance
  • One-off or recurring technical support, scoped to the project

Quoted after the assessment

Training and adoption

Your teams learn to use AI on a specific task, to check the output and to keep a method.

  • Four entry points: Everyday AI, AI Performance, Leader coaching, AI lead
  • A short interview is used to choose the group cases
  • A deferred individual exercise checks what can be reused
  • In partnership with BLM Consult, a Qualiopi-certified training organisation

Example uses

Here are uses we put in place. They are examples, not client projects.

Internal document search

Today
The answer exists, in a contract, a procedure or an old email. People look in three folders, then ask a colleague.
With AI
An assistant connected to your documents answers a question asked in plain language, and shows the passage its answer comes from.
Who approves
The person asking reads the cited source before using it.

Meeting minutes

Today
After every meeting, someone goes back over their notes, writes them up, and misses every other decision.
With AI
The minutes are drafted from the meeting itself: decisions, actions, owners. They land in the right folder.
Who approves
The person who ran the meeting reviews and corrects before sharing.

CRM updates

Today
Salespeople enter data in the evening, or not at all. Records lag behind reality.
With AI
After an exchange, the record is filled in from emails and notes: contact, need, next step.
Who approves
The salesperson confirms the proposed changes in one click.

Handling incoming requests

Today
The same questions arrive every week. Each one means finding the file and writing a reply.
With AI
The request is sorted, the file is found, and a reply is drafted with its sources.
Who approves
A team member reviews and sends. Nothing goes out on its own.

Administrative automation

Today
Re-keying an invoice, chasing a missing document, filing a document: hours of work with no value.
With AI
Documents are read, filed and matched. Reminders are drafted. Exceptions are flagged.
Who approves
The office manager handles the exceptions and checks a sample.

How we work

Five steps, in this order. At the end of each one, you decide whether to continue.

  1. Assessment

We look at your processes, tools and data, with the people who do the work.

  2. Choice of use case

One first use, chosen for its value and feasibility. Not ten at once.

  3. Deployment

Prototype, tests on your real cases, then go-live in your tools.

  4. Training

The people concerned learn to use it, and to check what the AI produces.

  5. Follow-up

We measure quality, usage and costs, and we keep improving what is in place.

Four skills, four entry points

You choose according to the work to be done and what the person can already do. Taking one course does not oblige you to buy the others.

BLM Consult

Training delivered by PropulAI in partnership with BLM Consult, a training organisation holding the French Qualiopi quality certification for the following category of actions: training actions.

Your data stays under your control

Before connecting anything, we decide with you what the AI may read, who has access and where the data is processed.

  • Hosting in Europe is possible

Depending on the project, models and data can be hosted in Europe. The choice is made with you, and written down.

  • Access and permissions defined

From the assessment onwards, we set who sees what. Assistants are configured to respect each person's access rights.

  • A human approves

At the steps that matter, sending, payment, decision, someone on your team reviews and confirms.

Frequently asked questions

A question that is not here? Ask it in the form and we will answer.

Where do we start?

With a conversation. You describe your business and what takes up your time. If an assessment is useful, we scope it together. If a training course is enough to get started, we tell you so.

How long does it take?

It depends on the use case, your tools and the state of your data. We give a schedule after the assessment, not before: a deadline announced without seeing your processes would be worth nothing. Training courses have a fixed duration, shown for each course.

What happens to our data?

From the assessment onwards, we define what the AI may read, who has access and where the data is processed. Hosting in Europe is possible depending on the project. Nothing is connected without your agreement.

Can the training be funded?

Our training is delivered in partnership with BLM Consult, a Qualiopi-certified training organisation. For companies based in France, funding options are checked case by case with BLM Consult before enrolment. No funding is guaranteed in advance.

Do the four courses have to be taken in order?

No. A placement exercise is used to choose the course according to the task and what the person can already do. And if what you need is an agent built and connected to your tools, that is the AI systems and agents service.

What happens after the assessment?

You receive a written summary: the use cases selected, their order, the proposed tools and what needs to be prepared in terms of data and access. You then decide what comes next: entrust us with the deployment, train your teams, or stop there.

Let us talk about your project

Describe your situation in a few lines. We will come back to you by email to arrange a conversation.

What happens next

  1. We read your request and reply by email.
  2. A first conversation, to understand your business and what takes up your time.
  3. A written proposal: assessment, deployment or training, depending on your situation.

Your need

A few lines are enough: your business, what takes up your time, what you have already tried.
